Cancellation Policy
Nobody likes a no-show. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that slot and other clients miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointment-booking is subject to the following terms:
24 hours or more before appointment: You may cancel or modify your appointment, no problem!
Less than 24 hours before appointment: You may be charged equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
No-Show or uncanceled at time of appointment: You may be charged equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent by email or text 24 hours in advance to the contact information given at time of booking. Failure to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if time does not permit for their render. We understand life happens so if you are running late, please call/text the studio ASAP so we know you are still coming in.

NOTE: If you have any skin infections (i.e. cold sore), abrasions, recent dermatological services (Laser, Liquid Nitrogen, Biopsy, Excisions/Mohs, Filler/Botox, etc), please contact Dawn Skin Studio immediately as your appointment may have to be rescheduled. This is to ensure proper healing and minimize infection risk for you, and the esthetician. Failure to inform Dawn Skin Studio beforehand will result in a full charge for that appointment.
